"2 kids over 8 years and it has always been a great experience. Both of my kids had problematic issues. Currently my youngest is getting out of one set of upper braces and waiting on her next. Normal retainers are not working for her. Dr. Tripp has had to think outside the box. He calls personally to go over treatment plans and encourages questions. Anytime I ask something he always says “That’s a great question!”. As busy as he is I am betting not of them are but he still makes sure I feel comfortable and understand the plan moving forward. His staff are all friendly, respectful, and helpful. Dealing with young ones and teens they have created a safe and welcoming environment. Considering the $ of orthodontist they are fair priced. They don’t have hidden cost everything is upfront and simple. The plans they offer are easy and straightforward. I can go on about the Rock Hill office with the years I’ve been with them, they really do a great job and set the bar. When my oldest was 13 she wanted to go because her friend went to them. I researched a little and set her first appointment and so glad I did!"

"Growing up, I always had bad teeth. I got cavities frequently, I was embarrassed to smile because of my crowded, crooked teeth, and I had non-stop jaw pain. My Invisalign treatment, under Dr. Leitner’s care, changed all of that. With straight teeth, I can brush and floss better, so I stopped getting cavities. My teeth close correctly now, so my jaw pain has vanished. And, for the first time in my life, I’m not self-conscious when I smile. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Leitner and his team. They are competent, gentle, and kind. They employ a perfect balance of technology and personal care, remotely monitoring your progress so you don’t have to come in too frequently, but sending you personal videos or messages when adjustments are needed. I had two small surgeries to open up my impacted canines in the roof of my mouth, wires strung up in my mouth, and brackets every which way. It wasn't easy, lots of keeping up with appointments, keeping things clean, soreness, food getting caught in my braces. all the fun that comes with braces. but, as soon as I looked in the mirror with a brace free smile I would do it all again if I had to.
