There is no bigger compliment than having our patients, their families, and the staff of referring dentists recommend us for treatment. As a token of appreciation, anyone who refers a new patient to our practice will receive a $25 Target Gift Card.

Preferred Patient Referral Program

Thomas and Leitner Orthodontics would like to recognize those patients and /or their families who refer multiple friends to our office for orthodontic treatment. As a thank you for the confidence you have in us, we would like to reward you. When you refer your friends to our office you can earn rewards on three different levels being Sliver, Gold and Platinum.

Silver- 10 patient referrals- Manicure and Pedicure (Today's Nails) or $50 Visa gift card.

Gold- 20 patient referrals- Massage (Ballantyne Spa) or $100 Visa gift card.

Platinum- 30 patient referrals- $250 Visa gift card.
