We offer a 3% courtesy discount for eligible patients.
Automatic Bank Draft
An initial payment is due when treatment begins. The remaining cost can be paid in monthly installments over a given period of time by automatic bank draft from your checking or savings account. There are no in-office finance or interest charges. A good credit standing is required and appropriate credit bureau information will be obtained.

Office Payment Plan
An initial payment is due when treatment begins. The remaining cost is paid in monthly installments over a given period of time by check or credit card. There are no in-office finance or interest charges. However, a late fee will be charged for accounts 15 days past due.
